Who owns my data?
You own your data. We provide a secure, compliant platform to store and manage it, ensuring it remains private and protected. We do not rent, trade, or sell your personal information. All data, including health records, is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have full access to your information and can request changes or deletions, subject to legal requirements. We protect your data with encryption, strict access controls, and robust security measures.
Do you encrypt data?
We encrypt all data at rest using industry-standard protocols. Sensitive information, including health records and personal data, is protected with end-to-end encryption and cannot be accessed without proper authorisation. We also use multi-factor authentication, continuous monitoring, and regular security updates to guard against potential threats.
Where are your servers located?
Our services are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centres in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia. AWS provides secure, compliant infrastructure that meets Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), ensuring your data stays protected, reliable, and local.
What data does DappleAI store?
We do not use your data to train or improve our AI models—your information stays yours. AI inference simply means using a trained model to process your data and generate insights, without re-training or exposing it. All processing happens securely within the DappleAI Cloud. No data is sent outside our environment, ensuring it stays private, confidential, and protected at all times.
