Patient Agent for aesthetic and cosmetic clinics
The patient in front of you. Their history at hand.
Ask about previous visits, recorded notes and existing plans from the treatment note. Find the detail you need while the patient is with you.
Coming soon. Not yet available to customers.
The problem
Keep the conversation with your patient.
Your patient is in front of you, but the detail you need may be in a previous note or an existing plan. Finding it can mean stepping away from the treatment note to search the record.
Patient Agent is being built to bring those recorded details into the consultation. Ask from the treatment note, read the answer with its source, and follow up with a more specific question.

Find the recorded detail
Pick up where the last conversation left off.
Ask what happened, who saw the patient and what is already planned. Then follow the detail, from an existing skincare routine to a form that still needs completion.
History and existing plans
Know what is already on the plan.
Review treatment and skincare items, past visits and recorded booking status. The answer describes the practitioner’s existing plan, without creating a new recommendation.
- Find the date and practitioner from the last visit
- Check the existing treatment and skincare plan
- Ask which forms or consents still need attention
Check each outstanding item.
Ask about consent completion, intake forms or recorded script status. Each has its own answer. A completed form does not decide whether a patient is clinically ready for treatment.
Explore clinical notesAccounts and correspondence
Answer the question in front of you.
Does the patient have credit? What is left in their package? What did they last message about? Ask about the account or the recorded conversation while staying with the same patient.
Patient Agent reads the information available to the staff member. It does not take a payment or send a message on their behalf.
- Patient account credit, invoices and payments
- Recorded packages, memberships and rewards
- SMS and portal messages already in the record
Find the supporting material.
Ask for the patient’s documents or clinical photos. Document cards provide links to open the files, and photo cards bring the selected images into the conversation. Keep the original record and the practitioner’s interpretation at the centre.
When there is a next step
Give the next step an owner.
Ask Patient Agent to prepare a follow-up task. Review the exact wording, assignee and due date, then confirm the change. You can also ask to edit, complete or reopen an existing patient task.
The result stays connected to the patient. Your team can see who is assigned, what is due and whether the task is still open.
- Read the proposed change before it is saved
- Keep the patient and assignee explicit
- Find the task and its status again in DappleOS

FAQs
How can Patient Agent help during a consultation?
Patient Agent is coming soon and is not currently available to customers. It is being built to answer questions about previous visits, recorded notes and existing plans from the treatment note, while the patient is with you. Answers describe the record; clinical decisions remain with the practitioner.
Is the 30-second summary available separately?
Yes. The live 30-second patient summary is a separate feature for reading or listening to recorded patient context, with source descriptions. Patient Agent is coming soon. Its Clinical and Front Desk modes and conversational follow-up are distinct from the live summary.
What can I ask about a patient’s record?
Ask factual questions about appointments, treatment history, existing treatment and skincare plans, forms, medical information, scripts, prescriptions, accounts, recorded messages and patient tasks. Document cards provide file links, and photo cards can display selected images in the conversation. Available information depends on your permissions and the clinic’s enabled features.
Can Patient Agent recommend a treatment or make a clinical decision?
No. It describes what is recorded and can report the status of an existing practitioner-authored plan. Diagnosis, suitability, treatment recommendations, prescribing and clinical judgement stay with the qualified practitioner.
What can Patient Agent change?
Patient tasks are its supported write action: creating, editing, completing or reopening a task after the proposed change is reviewed and confirmed. It does not change clinical notes, prescribe, take payments or book appointments.
What will a Patient Agent demo cover?
Bring a question you need to answer during a consultation, such as what was recorded at the previous visit. Discuss how the coming-soon Patient Agent could help find that detail beside the treatment note, along with permissions, source records and any reviewed follow-up tasks.
