Our story

Built from inside the industry.

Alex and Suzie Hoitink founded and grew Clear Complexions from one clinic to six. Luke Fuller and Dr Cris Quitral bring product engineering, digital-health and medical experience.

Together, they built DappleOS around the clinical, operational and commercial demands of running an aesthetic clinic.

Built with clinical experience

We understand what happens behind the treatment room door.

As co-founders and members of our clinical advisory board, Suzie and Dr Cris help turn the realities of patient care into more useful software.

Our vision and purpose

Better care. Stronger clinic performance.

We build around the everyday realities of running an aesthetic clinic, connecting clinical care, team performance and business operations in one system.

Our values

What defines us

Find a better way

We stay curious about how clinics work. We question familiar routines, test ideas and turn what we learn into practical improvements.

Care about the details

Clinics rely on our work every day. We take care with the details, own our mistakes and keep improving what we build.

Start with people

We listen to the people using DappleOS. Their experience guides us towards software that makes everyday clinic work simpler and leaves more room for patient care.

Grow together

We care about the health of a clinic and its business. We focus on useful work that helps our customers perform well and builds a stronger future for DappleOS.

Enjoy the work, together

We share what we know, help each other through challenges and celebrate progress. There’s room for good humour and a little fun while we do work we care about.

Life at DappleOS

At home in Newstead.

Newstead, Brisbane is home to our team. Coffee runs, lunch breaks and walks by the river give us plenty of reasons to step outside, catch up and come back with a fresh perspective.

We’re a mix of creatives, coders, triathletes, martial artists and devoted pet parents. Different interests bring us together: we share what we know, celebrate each other’s wins and make room for a little fun along the way.

That same curiosity shapes how we build. Our hackathons give us time to test ideas, build prototypes and learn from one another, with a shared focus on making DappleOS more useful for the clinics we support.
