Treatment add-ons for aesthetic and cosmetic clinics
The extra choice. The connected booking.
Offer the treatment add-ons your clinic has chosen, online and in the appointment book. Keep patient choices connected to the time, practitioner and location they need, then see which offers are being taken up.

From catalogue to booking
There is more to an extra than a checkbox.
An offer needs the right treatment, enough time and someone who can deliver it. Bring that detail into the booking instead of checking a separate list and arranging the extra afterwards.

Your treatment catalogue
A considered offer starts with your clinic.
An add-on belongs to a pairing. Choose which treatment option it accompanies, explain the offer in your own words, and decide where it appears. The same extra can have different wording when offered alongside a different treatment.
- Configure online and in-clinic offers separately.
- Set timing, location, practitioner and day restrictions.
- Review suggested pairings before saving them.
Setup suggestions are starting points for your team to review. They are not a clinical suitability assessment or a treatment recommendation for a patient.

The same catalogue, wherever the booking begins.
Use the pairings you configure when staff book in clinic and when patients book online. Keep offer wording and timing rules attached to the treatment instead of maintaining another reference sheet.
Explore online bookingYour branded patient experience
Make the choice clear before the time is booked.
Patients see your configured extras alongside the treatment they have chosen. The selection stays connected to the booking flow, so the next availability search can account for what they want to book.
- Keep the treatment name, offer wording and added time together.
- Use the clinic’s configured treatment pricing and deposit rules.
- Carry the selection forward for booking confirmation.
A selection is a step towards booking.
Choosing an extra carries it into the flow. Patients still choose an available time and complete the applicable confirmation and payment steps. A confirmation-page offer opens the appointment’s extras panel for review.
Appointments that belong together
Extra time is part of the arrangement.
Some extras fit within the same appointment. Others need a separate appointment before or after it. Choose a timing window and whether a separate add-on needs the same practitioner, with both appointments at the same location.
- Check the combination against practitioner availability.
- Review proposed times when a linked appointment changes.
- Choose whether add-ons move with it or are cancelled.
When a waiting-list offer moves an existing appointment earlier, DappleOS checks that its linked add-ons can move with it. Times that cannot accommodate the arrangement are not offered.

Understand uptake from the right starting point: appointments where an add-on was actually offered. Compare treatments and online versus in-clinic booking, then decide which pairings and offers deserve a closer look.
Start the review with a useful question.
- Review offered appointments and uptake together.
- Distinguish accepted treatment counts from appointment counts.
- Inspect tax-inclusive treatment value on non-cancelled appointments.
Which pairings are being accepted, and does uptake differ online and in clinic? Review the offered cohort and treatment breakdown before changing your configuration.
The figures shown are fictional. Reported treatment value is tax-inclusive and excludes cancelled appointments; it is not cash collected, profit or proven incremental revenue.

Your offers. Your clinic’s judgement.
Keep configuration, patient choices and appointment changes clear. Booking rules support the workflow; practitioners remain responsible for clinical decisions.
Feature availability depends on your plan, enabled features and access permissions.
- Encrypted storage
- Your clinic chooses
- Pairings, wording and booking rules come from your clinic. Catalogue suggestions do not replace practitioner assessment or a clinical suitability decision.
- Context comes first
- Offers respect the configured location and practitioner rules. A restricted day or practitioner offer is withheld when that context is not yet known.
- Changes are deliberate
- Moving a linked booking requires a decision about its add-ons. The proposed arrangement is checked before the move proceeds.
- Access and setup
- Treatment add-ons must be enabled for your clinic. Confirm your catalogue, booking configuration and access with the DappleOS team.
FAQs
Can we choose which add-ons patients see?
Yes. Your clinic pairs treatment options and controls the wording, timing and booking surfaces for each offer. You can restrict offers by location, practitioner or day, with restricted offers withheld until the required booking context is known. Your practitioners remain responsible for clinical suitability.
Can patients select an add-on when booking online?
Patients can select your configured add-ons in the online booking flow, including your clinic’s branded patient experience. The flow carries the selected treatments into availability and booking. Selecting an offer is a choice within that flow, not a completed booking or payment.
What if an add-on needs a separate appointment?
Configure an add-on for the same appointment, or as a separate appointment before or after it. Separate appointments use your timing window and practitioner rule at the same location. Availability must accommodate the selected arrangement.
What happens when a linked appointment moves?
The person making the change is asked whether to move the add-ons with the appointment or cancel them. The proposed move checks whether the add-ons can follow within their timing rules. A move that cannot keep the chosen arrangement is refused rather than silently leaving an add-on behind.
How do we know which offers patients are choosing?
The Add-on Treatments report shows uptake among appointments where an add-on was offered, alongside add-ons booked and comparisons by treatment and booking channel. Its value measures use tax-inclusive treatment value on non-cancelled appointments. They are not a measure of cash collected or a claim that add-ons caused additional revenue.
What does our clinic need to get started?
Your clinic needs treatment add-on access enabled and a configured treatment catalogue. The setup flow lets you choose, adjust and review suggested pairings before saving them alongside existing rules. A demo can cover your booking flow, practitioner availability and the access your clinic needs.
