Connecting DappleOS to Claude
DappleOS is a cosmetic medicine practice management platform that streamlines clinical, operational and commercial workflows to unlock measurable, scalable growth. The DappleOS connector brings that data directly into Claude, so you can ask questions about your clinic in plain language — and get real answers, with no SQL or screen-clicking.
What you can do with it
Analytics & reporting
- Browse your data — see what's available to ask about across your clinic.
- Run your dashboards — pull live numbers straight from your saved charts and widgets on demand.
- Ask anything custom — run ad-hoc reports when no existing dashboard covers the question.
- Slice and compare — break any figure down by location, staff, or service to see what's driving it.
- Scope by location — focus any answer on a single clinic or across all of them.
Explore your setup
- Products & prices — look up retail items with pricing, costs, and barcodes.
- Stock — check stock levels and availability across the catalog.
- Treatments & services — browse your service menu and find any bookable service with its price.
- Staff — see team members with their roles and permissions.
- Tags — review the categories that organise your products and treatments.
Ask things like
- "What was revenue last month, by location?"
- "Which treatments are growing fastest this quarter?"
- "Run the Revenue widget from my Sales dashboard."
- "How much stock do we have of [product]?"
Who can use it
▎ You must be an active customer on a subscription that includes DappleAI and MCP access to enable
The connector reads from your DappleOS account, so it only works if:
- You have a current DappleOS subscription, and
- That subscription includes DappleAI and MCP access.
It will only ever show data from your own clinic. If your plan doesn't yet include DappleAI and MCP — or you're not a
customer at all — get in touch with our team (https://dapple.clinic) to upgrade or get started. There's nothing to connect
until your account is live and MCP is enabled.
You'll also need:
- An active DappleOS login with permission to view the data you're asking about.
- A Claude account that supports connectors.
How to enable it
1. Confirm your DappleOS subscription includes DappleAI and MCP (contact support if you're unsure).
2. Make sure you're signed in to your DappleOS account.
3. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add the DappleOS connector.
4. When prompted, sign in with your DappleOS credentials to authorise the connection.
5. Grant access. Claude can now answer questions about your clinic's data.
Each session is tied to your DappleOS login, so the connector always respects your account's permissions and location
access.
Is my data safe?
Yes. The connector is read-only — it reports, analyses, and helps you explore your configuration, but it can never change
anything in DappleOS. It only ever accesses data from your own clinic, scoped to what your login is allowed to see.
