## What it helps you do

Give every location one operating rhythm from appointment to report.

## How it works

### Operational work should follow the clinical workflow

Appointments, completed treatment activity, invoices, payments, stock movements and team handoffs share the same operating context. DappleOS reduces the gap between what happened clinically and what the wider clinic needs to complete, review or report next.

## Trust, control and responsibility

Permissions control access to sensitive clinical, operational and performance information. Transactions and changes retain their source context so clinics can review who did what, when and why.

## Connected workflow

### Coordinate the people and resources for each visit

The clinic’s appointment book brings practitioners, rooms, equipment and location availability together. Follow each visit from arrival through to completion, with a waiting-room view shaped by the user’s location access. Staff schedules and the waiting list help the team coordinate availability and respond to eligible openings.

**Product imagery placeholder: Resources, staff availability and waitlist follow-up.** Show an appointment with its required resources, a staff schedule and a matching waiting-list offer. Keep offer sent, patient acceptance and confirmed booking distinct. Planned format: 16:10 product workflow with legible labels and a static fallback.

### Make the post-consultation handover actionable

Patient-linked tasks provide an assignee, due date and status. Connect the clinical context to invoice preparation, payment and recorded stock activity. Supported pay templates and practitioner calculations help the team review pay outputs without calling them statutory payroll.

**Product imagery placeholder: From clinical context to assigned work.** Show a patient-linked task handed to reception, invoice preparation and a separate practitioner-pay review. Keep timesheet approval, invoice-based pay calculation and bank execution distinct. Planned format: 16:10 product workflow with legible labels and a static fallback.

### Review operations across the supported locations

Appointment, invoice, payment and stock reports expose their respective activity. Same-account multi-location workflows support patient continuity, location-scoped work and stock transfers; independent accounts retain separate data. Use consistent periods and definitions when comparing sites.

**Product imagery placeholder: Location-scoped operating review.** Show location filters on booking and stock reports, plus a recorded transfer between two locations in one account. Keep independent tenants outside that view and do not imply consolidated legal-entity accounting. Planned format: 16:10 product workflow with legible labels and a static fallback.

## FAQs

### Can DappleOS replace several of our current clinic systems?

DappleOS brings scheduling, patient records, invoicing, payments, stock, team handovers and reporting into one connected platform. The exact replacement scope depends on the tools your clinic uses today, so a demo can map what can move into DappleOS and what should remain connected.

### How does DappleOS check room and equipment availability?

Appointments can account for the practitioner, room and equipment needed for the service, allowing DappleOS to check those configured resources together before a time is booked. The team can also manage time blocks, recurring schedules and clinic-specific availability from the same appointment book.

### How does DappleOS support more than one clinic location?

Each location can retain its own address, hours, appointment availability and operational context while authorised owners and managers work from one account. Appointment, performance and stock reporting can be filtered or compared by location, and relevant permissions can limit what each team member can access.

### How can the team follow the day from the appointment book?

Staff can work with practitioner schedules, rooms, equipment and appointment statuses from the diary. The waiting room shows arrived patients for the selected location, with access scoped to the practitioner or authorised team. Optional arrival sounds help staff notice a new patient. Where appointment-book reporting is enabled, authorised users with reporting access can also keep selected daily measures beside the diary.

### What clinic operations reporting is available?

Built-in reporting can cover revenue, payments, average visit value, rebooking, utilisation, productivity, no-shows, cancellations, appointments, stock and location performance. Authorised users can filter standard dashboards and build custom reports.

### What can patients do through our clinic-branded app?

Patients can use the clinic-branded experience for enabled actions such as booking, rescheduling, cancelling, completing forms, paying deposits and reviewing their agreed next steps. Those actions stay connected to the clinic's live schedule, invoice and patient record rather than creating another system for reception to reconcile.

### How are invoice corrections and refunds handled?

Eligible invoices can be voided with their connected payments, stock, packages, gift cards and rewards reversed through the same workflow. Where a corrected invoice is needed, DappleOS can open a replacement draft carrying the original context so the team changes only what was wrong while retaining the audit trail.

### Can we control which staff see billing, stock and performance data?

Yes. Role-based permissions can separate access to sensitive clinical, billing, stock, cost and performance information. Clinics can also control who can perform particular treatments and which operational actions are available to each role.

### What should we bring to a Clinic Operations demo?

Bring the systems your clinic currently uses for booking, billing, payments, stock and reporting, plus the handovers that create the most rework. A DappleOS team member can then demonstrate the equivalent connected workflow and outline a practical implementation scope for one location or a clinic group.
